Special and/or sensitive personal data

• e-Boekhouden.nl: to track all projects and create invoices
• Knab: for all financial transactions
• memoQ (a so-called CAT tool): to store all translations without sharing them with third parties
• Google Analytics: to measure your website visit

How long does Berendse Translations store personal data?

Berendse Translations will not keep your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data was collected in the first place. Berendse Translations uses the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

Sharing personal data with third parties

Berendse Translations will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the performance of my agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. I will enter into a data processing agreement with any companies that process your data on my behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Berendse Translations remains responsible for these processing operations.

To ensure that you are the one that has requested access, I ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone: the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number to protect your privacy. I will respond as soon as possible (but within a maximum of four weeks).
